We gladly accept returns of new, unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

How to exchange purchases:
Your package will include a pre-paid return postage label. Just send it back to us with a note stating what you need. We will quickly get your exchanged product or refund out to you quickly after they arrive. Send us an email if you misplaced your label or have any questions at info@elevenpine.com.

International returns:
International orders that need to be returned are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of shipping, taxes, duties or any international charges associated with returns.
